Our local shepherdess, Ros Maynard with “Long Tail” her teacher

The local village’s helpline was an extraordinary collection of people coming together to create a safe and supportive network for the most vulnerable. Along with 2 of my daughters, we did our best to answer calls and assist in any way we could. Rev Laura McAdam, was a force behind the concept. Her humour still has me smiling.

Dr Ian Hodgins, Buckfastleigh Medical Centre, is a much admired and loved member of the community and highly respected as their local doctor. Unknowingly, he had to treat me at the very beginning of lockdown. It is rare I get to meet people I photograph, so, this time I was at an advantage.
