Wordsmiths at Work

This series of work was borne out of my work and experience with the Red Cross in the 1980’s. A respect for our writers, journalists and war correspondents who we sent out to the field on missions. Fast forward 35 years and I still find my fascination and respect grows for our current and former war correspondents alongside other authors and script writers.

Since 2013 I have been lucky enough to photograph some of our most respected journalists and war-correspondents to date. The work has grown organically and slowly an interesting body of work is coming together.
