Payment
All products must be paid in full for prior to order. Full payment is required prior at the point of booking.
All rates are subject to change at any time.
All prices are in Pounds Sterling.
Products
The sizes of the prints are in inches.
Order
After placing an order, Emma Freeman Portraits will email you acknowledging receipt of your order.
Orders can only be processed if they have been paid in full.
Delivery
Emma Freeman Portraits aims to dispatch the orders within 4 to weeks of the order date. Delivery costs vary from £10-£15.
Returns
It is not possible to claim a refund or to return the order if you have made an error so please make sure you are ordering the right image. Refunds will not be given due to not liking a photo or selecting an incorrect photo after the buyer has already received the photograph. If a mistaken photo is sent to the buyer, as documented on the invoice, Emma Freeman Portraits will send the correct photo to the buyer free of charge.
For prints and for any products offered by Emma Freeman Portraits there are no refunds/returns or exchanges unless:
A manufacturer defect is evident and reported within 48 hours (2 business days) from the date it was received. Damaged during shipping (a separate claim must be filed with the shipping carrier and also must be reported within 48 hours after being received). In the event the order was erroneously processed such as an error made on the size of the book or colour/style etc., compared to the original recorded order.
Cancellation
You have 24hours to cancel your order from the time you made payment. A full refund will be made without additional charge.
If a client cancels a photo session booked with Emma Freeman Portraits, a new shoot must be completed within the following 8 weeks. Exception can be made if Emma Freeman Portraits s unavailable. If a client does not complete the cancelled photo session within 8 weeks of the cancelled shoot date, Emma Freeman Portraits shall be entitled to retain the entire amount already paid and no portion shall be refunded.

Emma Freeman Portraits will provide her full price list to her client prior to booking.
Personal information
Emma Freeman Portraits will not sell, distribute or disclose information about you either as an individual or your personal usage of the site without your consent or unless required to do so by law. The Information Emma Freeman Portraits gathers may include name, delivery address, email address, telephone number, and any personal preferences in connection with your order.
